Much of my art is inspired by nature. In this particular piece, I wanted to focus on the art of movement. To make this painting, I first painted a running horse. I included less detail in this piece to reflect the speed at which the horse in running. I wanted to evoke a sense of power from this horse running into oblivion. I added the water and splatter paint to capture the horse's movement, as they add excitement and urgency to the piece. I hope you enjoy.
